1. Overview of steam flowmeter?
1. Overview LFX rotor type steam flowmeter is a specialized instrument for measuring the cumulative mass flow of steam, with two structural types: mechanical and intelligent.; Through the indicator dial (mechanical) or LCD display screen (intelligent) on-site display, the quality of all steam flowing through the meter can be accurately read, and pulse signals can also be output. It also has manual pressure compensation or automatic temperature compensation functions. Due to its simple structure, moderate price, and wide measurement range, this flowmeter is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, textile, and heating that require steam flow measurement.
2. Working principle: When the measured steam flows through the flowmeter body, it is throttled by the orifice plate. Under the action of the front and rear pressure difference, a part of the steam enters the nozzle of the diversion pipe, and the jet formed by the nozzle pushes the upper end of the rotor shaft to rotate. There are two damping blades at the lower end of the rotor shaft that rotate in a damping chamber filled with damping fluid, so that the wing wheel can fully absorb the kinetic energy of the jet.

When the rotational torque of the wing wheel is balanced or different from the damping torque, the rotational speed of the wing wheel is proportional to the mass flow rate of the measured steam flowing through the flowmeter. Through correction and division, the actual flow rate of accumulated steam is reflected by the indicator dial.III. Main Parameters and Performance Indicators
1. Measurement of saturated steam and slightly superheated steam (superheat ≤ 20 ℃)
