1. E+H flowmeter fault code s441
E+H flowmeter fault code s441 is a hardware failure of the gas mass flowmeter.
1、 Improper installation can directly lead to zero drift of the flow meter. For example, if the mass flow meter is installed close to the pump outlet, the sensor support strength is insufficient, improper welding of the connecting flange generates stress signals, and the cable is subject to electromagnetic interference.
2、 If the monitor does not light up, check the power connection of the integrator. If the fuse is blown, confirm whether the input voltage is consistent with the nominal value of the standard voltage and whether the AC/DC form is the same. If the accumulator does not increase with the flow rate, the wiring of the accumulator should be checked. If the accumulator is installed with a positive/negative program, the wiring of the flow meter should be checked. Incorrect wiring of the flow meter may cause the accumulator to not increase in reverse flow.
2. How to repair if the display value of EH mass flowmeter is too small
The core maintenance idea for EH mass flowmeter display values is to follow the sequence from external to internal, from simple to complicated, usually caused by sensor attachments, installation stress, and electrical connection problems.
. 1. Preliminary inspection and external factor investigation: ① Check the state of the medium and zero point calibration • Medium gasification: Confirm that the pipeline insulation and heat tracing are normal to prevent inaccurate measurement values caused by liquid medium gasification. Online zero calibration: Perform online zero calibration to eliminate sensor drift errors while ensuring that the flowm
2. Diagnosis of the sensor section ① Check for adhesion and scaling of the measuring tube • Internal scaling: Check if the process medium is prone to crystallization or scaling, as attachments can alter the vibration characteristics of the measuring tube, resulting in low flow values. It needs to be cleaned according to regulations or chemical cleaning. External insulation: Check if the insulation material is wrapped too tightly, compressed, or subjected to additional stress on the measuring tube. ② Check the insulation between the coil and the probe. Drive the coil: measure its resistance value (usually several to tens of ohms), compare it with the factory value or previous records, and replace it if the deviation is too large. • Signal probe: Check the resistance of the detection coil (about several tens to two hundred ohms). If the resistance is abnormal, it indicates that the probe is damaged.
